Voicemail Phishing Email – Daily Security Byte

Rather than sharing an information security news story, I quickly highlight a relatively common phishing email WatchGuard researchers have encountered. See how phishers try to exploit users’ familiarity with Microsoft Office products to trick them into giving up their credentials.     I found it helpful to deconstruct an email of this kind in order to illustrate how malicious messages can be spotted.
