Another useful technical functionality is migrating to the pool of “too dangerous to use” features. Looks like DDOSers succeed again in a ways to supplement list of leveraging factors. Let’s remember previous DDOS “features-amplifiers”: publicly available DNS resolvers, NTP REQ_MON_GETLIST requests to public NTP servers. Now Pingback, such a helpful and powerful feature of Web-programming, must be added. Also, if I’m understand this correctly, here is no use of making “authenticated” service from it. Because anyone can post a link to the article on your Web-server.
