April 2018 Patch Day – Daily Security Byte

Every month, Microsoft releases a bunch of security updates on the second Tuesday of the month. In April, their updates fix well over 60 vulnerabilities in all of their most popular software packages. Watch the video belwo for a brief summary of the updates, and be sure to deploy the patches as soon as you can.

Show note: As you can tell from this video, I’ll shoot many of my Daily Security Bytes over the next few months from the road. Hopefully, this makes for more interesting backgrounds to each video, but it could also mean lower production quality (and post jog videos). I will return to more produced videos as soon as I can.
