Vaping Root – Daily Security Byte

In Friday’s video, I talk about a eCig Vape pen that can “pwn” your PC. At Bsides London, a researcher shared how he modified the firmware of a vape pen to get it to take over a PC. He hasn’t posted the details online yet, but he did share a video of his malicious vape pen on twitter. I also share an update on where the WannaCry ransomworm allegedly comes from.  Watch the video below to learn more.
