Printer Hacking Bonanza – Daily Security Byte

A group of German researchers just released details about their long-term printer hacking project. The team found vulnerabilities in all of the 20 printers they tested. Some flaw allowed basic denial of service (DoS) attacks, while others allowed the team to root the printers, or steal sensitive print jobs.
