You may have already heard of malware that can turn on your webcam without you knowing, or listen to you with your mobile phone or computer’s microphone. Maybe you even covered your webcam and unplugged your microphone or taped over its opening. However, now you have to worry about hackers spying on you through your headphones.

In today’s video, I cover the interesting proof-of-concept malware designed by the creative hacking minds of Ben-Gurion University. Though I doubt cyber criminals will use this technique, it does open up new cyber espionage possibilities.
