Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) is a basic security measure that encrypts website traffic to ensure the safety of user data. But what happens when encryption is used as a camouflage for threats instead?  According to a recent report by A10 Networks and Ponemon Institute, nearly half of cyberattacks on businesses in the past year involved malware concealed in encrypted traffic. Third Certainty looked to our very own CTO, Corey Nachreiner, to find out more about cybercriminals’ use of encryption, how it impacts network security and more:
